They’re overachievers who still feel like they’re not doing enough. Many are eldest daughters or current/former parentified children, carrying the invisible weight of emotional labor and responsibility.

I’m so glad you’re here. I founded Mindful Therapy Collective to create a safe, inclusive space where you can mindfully heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

I help high-achieving teens and women work through anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing—so they can feel more grounded, confident, and at peace in their lives and relationships.

All sessions, including your free 15-minute consultation, can be taken from the comfort of your own home, office, or any other space that you feel safe and comfortable. I also offer in-person therapy sessions in Baltimore.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • During the first session, we will get to know one another, review pertinent history & expectations, and collaborate on goals for your continued therapy. We will also review Mindful Therapy Collective’s general practice policies and answer any questions that you have. First sessions are typically structured to support the planning of your individualized treatment plan.

  • Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes, unless pre-planned for an alternate duration. In general, I see clients on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. A recommendation of frequency will occur during your first session.
